Customer Service Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to valued customers, handle enquiries, and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information and support
  2. Handling customer enquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members
  4. Assisting in warehouse operations as required with Inwards and Outward goods
  5. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to quality standards and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  4. Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
