About the Role
We are seeking a Hotel Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds
- You will be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
- You will have basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read, write, and perform simple math calculations
- You will be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays
