**Job Title:** Research Coordinator - Palliative Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Research Coordinator for the Palliative Care Unit. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting clinical research projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating research activities, including data collection, quality control, and reporting. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all research projects are completed to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate and support clinical research projects across the Palliative Care Unit
  • Ensure timely completion of research projects, adhering to Good Clinical Practice guidelines
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research projects, including databases and spreadsheets
  • Conduct literature reviews, develop study protocols, and assist with grant applications

**Required Qualifications:**

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine, health sciences) and/or equivalent experience is required. Postgraduate qualifications or certification in research coordination would be highly regarded. A strong understanding of research principles and methodologies is essential, as well as experience working in a healthcare setting.
