Men's Family Violence Team Leader

This role presents an opportunity to drive community healing and lead a dedicated team in delivering impactful programs.
We are seeking a strong Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male with experience working in Family Violence to become a Therapeutic Team Leader—supporting community healing through culturally grounded and trauma-informed initiatives.
About the Role- You will lead a team of facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families affected by Family Violence.
- Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural sensitivity, integrity, and strong community connection.
- A proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male with proven experience working in Family Violence.
- Sound knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- No prior leadership experience required—training and ongoing support provided.
- A Diploma or higher in a relevant field (training support available).
- Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey.
- SCHADS Level 6: $110K-$114K + super + salary packaging.
