Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including proficiency in Office applications and cloud-based services.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and its various features.
  • Cybersecurity and firewall expertise, with a strong understanding of security best practices.
  • Familiarity with VOIP phone systems, such as 3CX or similar solutions.
  • A solid grasp of Windows environments, both desktop and server, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
  • A minimum of a Microsoft 365 certification, such as MS-100.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
