Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a Measurement Partner for Australia, you will play a crucial role in helping advertisers understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research studies to analyze advertising effectiveness via a combination of internal and external measurement tools.
  • Develop research to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies on Pinterest.
  • Communicate complex results to non-technical clients and influence client measurement thinking.
  • Work closely with our Partner Managers to deliver data-driven recommendations to our partners for future campaigns.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to measurement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital ads measurement and insights.
  • Familiarity with ads measurement landscape and methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with advertisers to develop campaign measurement and planning strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, at ease working with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams, product teams, and other members of the Ads Measurement team.
  • Experience with SQL highly preferred.
About the Role

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex results to non-technical clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital ads measurement and insights, with a strong understanding of ads measurement landscape and methodologies.
