**Sales Manager Opportunity**

The Country Road Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Pacific Fair. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profit growth by developing and executing effective business strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team has a deep understanding of the department's performance and making data-driven decisions to drive results.
  • Effectively manage costs and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing high-sales-turnover retail businesses, with a strong track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach and a passion for the retail industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy to the team.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
