Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Centric Approach: Engage with clients and providers to understand their needs and pain points, driving product development.
  • Vision and Strategy: Contribute to and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives.
  • Outcome-Focused: Define and measure success through clear objectives and key results, delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Prioritization and Road mapping: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog and roadmap, reflecting strategic priorities and customer needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team and across the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, defining program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales, Service, and Experience cloud and configuration tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Experience leading the strategy design and implementation of initiatives.
