Product Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to market launch.
About the Role:- Analyse and report on existing product performance, identifying opportunities for refinement or expansion.
- Develop and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with designers and partner teams to provide clear briefs and guide designs to meet project goals.
- Ensure new products align with sustainable values and can be engineered and manufactured effectively.
- Manage timelines, supplier relationships, and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth development and delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to achieve successful product launches.
- Proven experience in product management or buying within furniture, homewares, or a related design-driven industry.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to assess aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Experience managing designers and guiding creative development processes.
- Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
