As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead product planning, development and delivery for a rapidly growing organisation in the sustainable agriculture sector. This senior role has a broad remit responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle, gathering customer requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating across functions to deliver commercial and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
  • Collect and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape product requirements
  • Own and create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Produce product requirements documents (PRD) and market requirements documents (MRD)
  • Ensure successful product launches on schedule
  • Make recommendations to expand product offerings and vision
  • Monitor product use and impact on end users
  • Formulate and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Manage deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Oversee program performance and maximise ROI
  • Groom and prioritise backlog items
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Set sprint goals
  • Refine agile methodology and platforms based on results and client feedback

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role

- Experience working on technology solutions and with Engineering teams

- Familiarity with Agile framework

- Organisational and leadership abilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Creative thinking skills

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
