We are seeking a Product Development Leader who will be responsible for driving the execution of our product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product development, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and ways of working.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain backlogs and product roadmaps, identify innovative solutions for market testing, and conduct detailed competitor and market analysis.

The Product Development Leader will also be responsible for launching new features and enhancements to increase product usage, drive customer satisfaction, and support client growth and retention.

  • Candidate must have demonstrable experience as a successful product leader with at least 5 years in product development teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial markets and relevant regulatory considerations is required.
  • Candidate should have strong commercial acumen to make decisions impacting product revenue, client retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data technologies, analysis, and design, with strong technical problem-solving skills is essential.

The Product Development Leader will also be expected to contribute to improving product rituals and practices, including backlog management, stakeholder communications, and sprint processes.
