Business Analyst Specialist

Overview This specialist role is responsible for ongoing enhancement of business processes and solutions that support the delivery of the payments platform in alignment with strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy
  • Map end-to-end processes while consulting with business and technical teams to support program delivery
  • Work with solution designers and functional consultants to develop end-to-end solution designs in line with business needs
  • Define data and process requirements to meet business needs
  • Represent business architecture in organisation-wide strategic programs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • At least 7-8 years of experience working in a similar role in large-scale implementations
  • Experience in large-scale tech transformation projects, preferably with ERP implementations
  • Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
