Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team as part of our internship program. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. You will work closely with our development and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web development, design, and digital marketing

- Collaborate with development and design teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems

- Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions

- Communicate technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry

- Assist with testing and quality assurance of new software and systems

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of web development, design, and digital marketing

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required
