Post Production Support Specialist: Financial Solutions Expert

At State Street, we are seeking a highly skilled Post Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Charles River Development (CRD) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients post go-live implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience gained in the financial industry, working for a consultancy or software vendor. They will possess strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes and buy-side workflows, with a focus on implementing or supporting Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support Client Implementation: Collaborate with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and determine optimal configuration.
- Define Client Requirements: Gather requirements for new asset classes, security types, and business lines, while maintaining a client issues list and status reporting.
- Train Users: Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality, as well as best practices for implementation and operation.
- Evaluate Enhancements: Identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services, documenting and communicating product improvements as part of customer-specific requirements or market trends.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the implementation and/or support of mission-critical financial solutions, preferably within the buy-side investment management industry.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting investment management software for portfolio management, order management, and compliance systems is highly valued.
- A strong understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures, familiarity with SQL, FIX, and reporting tools.
- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, such as finance, mathematical finance, economics, engineering, or computer science.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical care, insurance, and savings plans.
