As a Business Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist sales teams with creating accounts, opportunities, and other requests within Dynamics 365 CRM. You will also be responsible for managing CRM account data, including hierarchy, contacts, account details, and account preferences.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct post-go-live check-ins with merchants and partners, provide training as needed, and ensure that merchant requirements are met. You will also own and manage T1 and T2 customer configuration updates off the back of outbound check-in calls, leveraging Customer Support for assistance when required.

You will work closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a positive merchant experience. This includes overseeing change management in relation to T1 and T2 account resigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional attention to detail and broad administrative experience. You will also require the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of CRM usage is preferred but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible working arrangements and a dynamic, inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
