Job Title

A Compliance & Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employees remain compliant with checks, licenses, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compliance and training.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Manager to provide support and guidance on employee relations.
  • Ensure all new hires undergo thorough background checks and verification of credentials.
About You
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Your experience in compliance and recruitment within the disability or aged care sectors is highly valued.
  • You are a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) is mandatory.
  • You have previous experience in the disability or aged care sectors in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with NDIS and Aged Care standards is essential.
