Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent support to our clients. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring employees remain compliant with relevant checks, licenses, and qualifications.

  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that only the best candidates are selected.
  • Ensure that all new staff members receive thorough training and orientation to prepare them for their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote employee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee management.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care, or community health sectors.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • Previous experience in the disability or aged care sectors in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of NDIS & Aged Care standards.
  • Experience using AlayaCare (desirable).
  • Training experience (desirable).
