Job Title: Recruitment & Compliance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment & Compliance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff;
  • Ensure employees remain compliant with checks, licenses and qualifications;
  • Support staff with training and development;
  • Provide support to the Franchise Manager with employee relations;

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care or community health sectors;
  • Confident in use of the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment;
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly;
  • Previous customer service coordination experience in the health/aged care, not for profit, community services sector desirable.

Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card);
  • Previous experience in the disability or aged care sectors in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of NDIS & Aged Care standards;
  • Experience using AlayaCare (desirable).
