Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
Develop personalized communication strategies to enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and priorities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions in a timely manner.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Generate reports and insights to support talent acquisition initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
