Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimisation methodologies to improve operational performance across aircraft, crew, and other functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and engage with system suppliers to deliver optimal revenue results.
  • Design and deliver improved optimiser capabilities to drive better operational performance and engage business managers to uncover new optimisation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline, such as Operations Research, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Applied Physics.
  • Experience in Operations Research or a related field, with a strong understanding of stochastic, heuristic, or deterministic methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Preferably, experience in aircraft, crew, or related operations.
