About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimising SEM accounts, analysing and optimising existing paid search campaigns, and meeting KPI targets for our clients.


Main Responsibilities



  • Hands-on execution and optimisation of SEM accounts on Google Ads, Google Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and other channels
  • Test, scale, and optimise campaigns to drive revenue and sales objectives
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify insights to inform strategy development
  • Deliver daily and weekly reporting to ensure campaign performance is on track
  • Work closely with our SEO and Analytics teams to drive integrated marketing strategies

Requirements



  • 2 years' experience in a hands-on SEM role within an agency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience executing profitable campaigns across SEM, remarketing, prospecting, paid social, and affiliates
  • Experience with bid management software and Google Analytics
  • Ability to work closely with senior team members and take direction on campaigns
