Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Price Analyst to join our pricing team at Impel Management. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your analytical expertise and strategic mindset to drive business growth through informed pricing decisions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behaviors to develop data-driven pricing recommendations
  • Create and maintain pricing models that align with our business objectives and support revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and executed
  • Evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed to optimise profitability
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and simulations to assess the potential impact of pricing changes on our bottom line
  • Present regular insights and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a pricing analysis or related role, preferably within the manufacturing sector
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesise large datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
