Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Claims Advocate to join our team based in the Sydney office.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with proactive and strategic advice on navigating their claims process with insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage and claims strategy advice to clients on claims with major coverage issues
  • Identify appropriate policies and / or coverage's on less complex coverage issues
  • Facilitate claims process (with less complexity) for clients, with supervision
  • Monitor insurer response and engages with insurers and their professional advisers on less complex issues
  • Draft communication documents for clients
  • Provide claims related data in order to assist development of action plans to manage client's total cost of risk
