Construction Claims Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of office and remote work.
The Construction Claims Specialist will provide expert guidance to clients in navigating their claims process with insurers.
- Offer strategic advice to clients on complex coverage issues
- Identify relevant policies and analyze notification against the same for less intricate coverage matters
- Facilitate the claims process (with moderate complexity) for clients, under supervision
- Monitor insurer responses and engage with insurers and their advisors on less complex issues
- Draft communication documents for clients, such as correspondence letters and claims calculations
- Provide data related to claims to assist in developing action plans for managing clients' total cost of risk
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high level of experience across construction insurance policies/claims
- Good proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong technical knowledge around construction claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively drive relationships and manage various stakeholders
