Job Opportunity

This is a challenging position for an experienced professional to participate in the Claims Advocacy team located in the Sydney office.

The role involves working closely with clients to navigate their claims process with insurers, providing proactive and strategic advice.

  • Provide coverage and claims strategy advice to clients on claims with major coverage issues.
  • Identify suitable policies and/or coverages on less complex coverage issues.
  • Facilitate claims process (with reduced complexity) for clients, under supervision.
  • Monitor insurer response and engage with insurers and their professional advisors on less complex matters.

Key skills required:

  • Extensive experience across construction insurance policies/claims.
  • Strong technical knowledge around construction claims.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act proactively to drive relationships and manage various stakeholders effectively.
