About the Opportunity

An exciting chance exists for a seasoned Fleet Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of a large national fleet, comprising approximately 1,700 vehicles.

  • Oversee daily operations of the national fleet, including acquisitions, maintenance, insurance, and asset disposal.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing fleet strategy, encompassing lease vs. owned decisions, standardized vehicle types, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement consistent fleet policies, procedures, and training across all business units.
  • Evaluate and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of fleet management systems, data, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

A commercially astute Fleet professional with at least four years' experience in managing complex vehicle fleets is required.
