We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic Fleet & Protective Equipment team.

This role is responsible for carrying out mechanical tasks under the guidance of an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in accordance with appropriate industry standards and relevant protocols.

As a Grade 1 District Mechanical Officer, you will be entrusted with ensuring fleet assets are maintained in a clean environment to well-maintained vehicles, maintaining accurate records, liaising with Brigade members, and reporting on maintenance and technical matters to the OIC.

The successful applicant will have a Motor Mechanic Qualification and hold a Heavy Rigid Driver Licence. Safety at an Incident Scene and rendering assistance to others is also a critical requirement.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires effective time management, communication skills, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
