Strategic HR Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Employee Relations team due to growth. This role will entail a broad range of responsibilities, including advising on employment matters and associated risks, HR practices across the region, and assisting hiring managers as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide practical advice on HR practices, employment, and people management to resolve issues at a local level.
- Interpret and implement HR policies, undertake investigatory roles relating to internal complaints and disciplinary issues, and partner with the Workplace Health & Safety team on employee health-related issues.
- Contribute to the wider people and culture plan.
- Focus on case management of employee matters and liaise with relevant specialist teams and the business to provide appropriate and consistent advice.
- Maintain positive relationships with employee representatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Demonstrable capability in managing employee relations case management, including investigations and disciplinary matters.
- Able to influence outcomes with stakeholders through effective consultancy.
- Proven ability to provide timely advice, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
