Role Overview:
- Collaborate with experienced HR professionals to develop and implement comprehensive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations strategies.
About the Position:
- Manage complex ER/IR portfolios, including investigations, disputes, performance management, and casework.
- Provide expert partnering support, influencing leaders to achieve strong people outcomes through coaching and collaboration.
- Support organisational change initiatives, contributing to future-focused projects on workforce planning and technology improvements.
- Work closely with Business Partners and Payroll & Data Reporting Specialists to deliver high-quality results.
About You:
- Proven experience in ER/IR, confidently managing complex issues and interpreting industrial instruments.
- A track record as a trusted HR Business Partner, operating independently in challenging environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.
- Ability to balance operational ER/IR casework with strategic project contributions.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and Agreements (local government experience is beneficial but not essential).
