About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization in a perm, full-time hybrid role. You will be based at our Parkville office for 2 days and work from home for 3 days.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs to foster innovation and cross-collaboration.

Key responsibilities include managing staff recruitment, induction, development, performance management, and engagement, as well as providing strategic advice and input to maximize performance and minimize risk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing various HR projects and programs, including rolling out best-practice people and culture tools, systems, and initiatives.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing people and culture strategies to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing learning and development programs to increase capability and performance
  • Leading on people and culture-related projects to achieve transformational change
  • Managing staff recruitment, induction, development, performance management, and engagement
  • Providing strategic advice and input to maximize performance and minimize risk

You will work closely with department leaders to provide expert HR advice and support, while also taking a collaborative approach to achieving results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in people and culture management, including learning and development
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to think critically and strategically, and provide solutions to complex problems.

Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
