Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive global experience in SLA-driven HR shared services teams, with a strong focus on process optimisation and harmonisation across different regions.

About the Role

This leadership role will be responsible for the direction and management of the People Central team as we grow rapidly over the coming years.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring HR services are reliable, intuitive, and responsive to the needs of the business across multiple geographies.
  • Overseeing the efficient and accurate delivery of HR transactions, with a constant focus on improving delivery against service level agreements, to raise customer satisfaction, and improve organisational productivity through self-service.
  • Championing people systems, processes, and tools, including driving new opportunities for procurement, integration and automation.
  • Collaborating across the entire People team, as well as with other functional areas such as Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal, and IT teams.
  • Responsible for seasonal goal planning and delivery, impact and salary reviews.
  • Growing skills and impact within the team by focusing on growth pathways, coaching, job rotations and stretch assignments.
  • Fostering a high-performance, people-first team culture by pursuing excellence, empowering others, and being a force for good.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive global experience in SLA-driven HR shared services team.
  • Strong capabilities in using data to drive business insights.
  • Expert in process optimisation and harmonisation across different regions, scaling initiatives and global project management and change implementation.
  • Familiar with best-in-class onboarding, offboarding, helpdesk, and self-service practices.
  • Well-versed in HRIS like Workday (or similar) and ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk).
  • Exposure to global mobility, contingent workgroups, project and compliance, legal, and people systems technologies.
  • Strong background in personal data privacy and best practices.
  • Ambitious and goal-centric.
  • Comfortable working in high-ambiguity situations and creating concrete solutions that achieve time-sensitive goals.
  • Very collaborative and solution-focused approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
  • A self-starter, able to multitask and work with different stakeholders.
  • Confident and calm under pressure, able to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
  • Can communicate clearly with different audience.
