**Job Description:**

As a Receptionist-Concierge, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-end patient care. Your role involves:

  • Meet and greet patients, creating a lasting impression.
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls and updating patient records.
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining a smooth practice operation.
  • Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare while ensuring patient confidentiality.

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record in Medical/Allied Health Reception experience.
  • Proficiency in Best Practice Software is an advantage.
  • Motivation and self-initiative are essential in this fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
