- Deliver expert nursing care to patients with varying needs and conditions.
- Liaise with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Safeguard patient and staff safety by implementing effective protocols and procedures.
- Supervise and direct ENs and AINs to deliver exceptional patient care.

About This Role:
This is a key role in our oncology department where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in oncology nursing
- Competence in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
- ADAC training and certification
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
