The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to drive business growth or support retention. Key responsibilities include processing cases, addressing complex queries, and resolving customer issues through thorough analysis and investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth problem-solving to find optimal solutions.
- Receive visitors and provide assistance with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues as needed.
- Schedule follow-up actions and record relevant details in the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
- Establish clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
- Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Driver's licence and own vehicle.
- FAIS Compliance.
- Clear criminal and credit check.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Presentation skills are an added advantage.
- Education: NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
