The Account Manager role is a key position that plays a vital part in Breakthru's growth.
You will be responsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships within the local community to increase clients accessing Breakthru's services.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote programs and services to attract new clients and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and stakeholders
- Support clients through the service entry process
- Undertake marketing initiatives, cold calling, and employer engagement to create job opportunities
- Negotiate work experience placements and transitions to employment
- Influence support strategies to meet employer needs
- Educate stakeholders on disability confidence
- Promote the benefits of employment to clients
- Represent Breakthru at events
- Analyse labour market trends
We are looking for a driven individual who thrives on client services and building relationships to ensure the success of obtaining an ongoing pipeline of new clients, but also job placements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in achieving business targets and KPIs, local labour market knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional intelligence and ability to influence decision makers
- Able to articulate and demonstrate local labour market knowledge
- Proactive approach to achieving sales targets
The successful applicant will undergo pre-employment checks including a criminal record check, working with children check, employment history, driver's license and referee checks. Vaccination against infectious diseases is encouraged.
