Lead Human Capital Management (HCM) projects from initiation through to post-implementation.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM projects, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources. Communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties.

Apply best practice methodologies and facilitate governance across all levels of stakeholders. Track milestones and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologies.
