Project Management Office Lead

We seek an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) lead to establish a centralized PMO under the leadership of the Head of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management methodologies, standards, and tools to drive delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Integrate and lead existing project managers and business analysts, setting clear goals, roles, and performance expectations.
  • Provide end-to-end delivery oversight for critical technology programs, including cloud adoption, legacy system replacement, cybersecurity uplift, digital platform modernization, and data lake/pipeline analysis and delivery.
  • Manage project risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder engagement to maintain delivery momentum and alignment with business objectives.
Transformation Delivery and Capability Development
  • Ensure timely, effective, and strategic execution of IT initiatives through coaching, mentorship, and formal development pathways.
  • Lead and coordinate executive strategic initiatives in the transformation portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, value delivery, and organizational readiness.
Enterprise-Wide Transformation
  • Expand the PMO's responsibilities to encompass enterprise-wide transformation across all business units, bringing consistency in project management methodology and tooling as required.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by promoting collaboration across IT, data, and business functions, and supporting business adoption of modern data practices.
Capability Up-Skilling and Lessons Learned
  • Uplift internal project, change, and data delivery capability through professional development and training opportunities.
  • Embed lessons learned and best practices into organizational project maturity, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
