We are seeking experienced project managers to lead the delivery of human capital management system implementations from inception through to post-implementation.

About the Role
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of human capital management implementation projects
  • Own project scope, risk, resource allocation and stakeholder engagement
  • Communicate with internal teams, client stakeholders and external partners
  • Apply best practice project management methodologies
  • Facilitate project governance and status reporting
About You
  • You are a motivated professional with a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations.
  • Combined with:
    • Proven experience delivering similar solutions or services
    • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
    • Excellent organisational capabilities
