Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will head our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), driving enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering major projects that support the democratic process.

You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead a high-performing team responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and delivery of our major project portfolio. Your team will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, operational cycles, and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of major projects.
  • Overseeing project governance frameworks, change management, and benefit realization.
  • Providing high-level advice to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Building project management capability across the organization.
  • Driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

You must have:

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-level PMOs in complex, high-stakes environments.
  • Accreditation in Project Management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • A track record of delivering multi-year programs with measurable impact.
  • The ability to influence, coach, and build capacity across diverse teams.
