About the Opportunity

The 2026 Livestock Career Development program at our Dubbo branch will equip you with the skills and training necessary to become a future leader or technical expert within the Livestock Industry.

This program is designed for talented individuals to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing. During the 24-month program (all roles are permanent), Livestock Trainees will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

As part of our Livestock Career Development Program, you'll have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by experienced livestock employees and leaders, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques.
