**Job Title:** Purchasing and Administrative Support Specialist
The primary function of this role includes delivering exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, coordinating mail distribution, maintaining filing systems, and providing administrative support. This position also involves executing purchasing tasks according to established standards.
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a thorough understanding of responsibilities in fire evacuations and other emergency situations is maintained.
- Provide general reception duties, including customer service, phone answering, message taking, and maintenance of visitor logs.
- Maintain internal telephone directories and arrange company catering when requested.
- Collect demand data and collaborate with the purchasing team to order stationery, uniforms, coffee, milk, and business cards.
- Assist other departments with filing, mailing, and typing tasks, such as updating manuals.
- Process purchase orders based on requisitions from branch offices and for operational requirements.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in maintaining supplier relationships, resolving invoicing issues, delivery schedules, and non-conformances.
- Resolve Basware tasks as required.
**Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist is highly preferred.

- Effective time management with attention to detail.
- Intermediate level MS Office software skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt to change.
