Job Opportunity:

Counter Team Member

We are seeking an energetic and friendly team member to join our counter team at a Tasmanian business.

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service (retail or hospitality).
  • Able to work daytime hours, with flexibility to suit needs.
  • Physical fitness required for lifting and standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and good communication skills.
  2. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and customers alike.
  3. Follow company procedures and regulations, including food handling and workplace health and safety.

Pay Rates:

Our pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:

  • Full time & part time: $25.65 per hour on weekdays, $32.06 on Saturdays, and $38.48 on Sundays.
