Sales and Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Associate to join our team in a busy and dynamic environment.

Your key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Promoting new products and campaigns
  • Supporting other team members to achieve business objectives

You must be available to work 7 days a week with varied shifts throughout the week, weekend, and public holidays.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent service and has experience in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Café Presentation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized café environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • New Product Promotions: Effectively promote new products and campaigns to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives, providing assistance and guidance when needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
