Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at one of our Defence sites in Hobart. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the dining and kitchen areas.

This is a casual role with 10-25 hours per week, offering an hourly rate of $27.15 plus penalties and superannuation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Manage cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and maintaining a clean environment
  • Assist with duties in the dining and kitchen areas as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
