Job Description

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences from the moment guests arrive at our hotel. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, assigning rooms, and resolving any issues that may arise.

This role requires a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering transformative guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clientele
  • Managing the end-to-end guest experience and handling check-in and check-out tasks
  • Contacting relevant individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
