Retail Customer Service Officer

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their goals. We strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and your contributions will be instrumental in this effort.

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual with experience in customer service and/or cash handling to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing high-value transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Conducting and processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews, with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, providing customers with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
