Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving new business growth while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH APPROPRIATE SALES METHODOLOGY AND A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH.
- PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO CUSTOMERS ON PRODUCT SELECTION, PURCHASING, AND USAGE TO ENSURE THEY OBTAIN THE BEST INSIGHTS FROM OUR DATA.
- COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO GENERATE LEADS AND SUPPORT CUSTOMERS IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS.
Requirements:
- EXPERIENCE IN CONSULTING, CUSTOMER SUCCESS, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, OR ANOTHER CLIENT-FACING ROLE IN THE PROPERTY SECTOR.
- PROVEN ABILITY TO MANAGE COMPLEX RELATIONSHIPS AND SALES, WITH EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
- EXEMPLARY LISTENING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, INCLUDING VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITH C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES.
- A LOVE FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND SYSTEMS OPTIMIZATION, WITH EXPERIENCE IN HUBSPOT OR SIMILAR TOOLS.
- A SELF-STARRTER ATTITUDE AND STRONG WORK ETHIC, WITH ADAPTABILITY IN RAPIDLY CHANGING ENVIRONMENTS.
