Senior Restructuring Lawyer

Norton Rose Fulbright is a leading law firm with a highly respected Restructuring and Insolvency practice group in Australia. Our team provides expert advice to major Australian and foreign banks, top-tier corporates, investment banks, fund managers, and professional trustees on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
We are seeking a Senior Restructuring Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience practicing across large-scale commercial insolvency and/or restructuring matters, with the ability to take carriage of matters and work collaboratively as part of an inclusive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Work across a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border transactions
- Draft advices, prepare court documents, and attend hearings
- Develop strong relationships with clients and assist with negotiations
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team
- 2+ years PQE within a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice
- Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions
- Exceptional client liaison skills
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills
