About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our rapidly expanding Restructuring & Insolvency Practice at Hamilton Locke.

As a Senior Lawyer, you will work alongside our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency, Nicholas Edwards, and be part of a diverse and dynamic team that is recognized as one of the top Restructuring and Insolvency practices in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates, and company directors in restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate distress, restructuring, and turnaround.
  • Work on a wide range of issues arising from corporate distress, with a focus on restructuring and turnaround.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Restructuring and Insolvency.
  • Strong front-end Restructuring and Insolvency experience.
  • Genuine passion for Restructuring & Insolvency.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
