
Full-Time Administration Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters for effective coverage.
- Liaise with colleagues and management regarding shift changes and operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, including NDIS compliance.
**Requirements:*
- Holding a current Police Check.
- NDIS Yellow Screening Card certification.
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
**Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience using Visual Care rostering software.
- A proven track record in administrative or scheduling roles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
